Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a shoot or placing a design order with Fortune Media.

1. About Us

Fortune Media is an independent videography, social media content and graphic design business based in Romford, operating across London.
Please note: Fortune Media is owned and operated by a 14-year-old sole trader. By placing an order or booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that you are contracting with a young entrepreneur. All work is carried out with the same care, professionalism and commitment as any established studio, and a parent or guardian oversees all business arrangements where required.

A booking or order is confirmed once we have accepted your enquiry and, where applicable, payment has been received in full.
For content days and packages, a date is only reserved once agreed in writing (including via WhatsApp or email).
For design orders (logos, flyers and business cards), work begins once payment has been completed through our online checkout.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are the full amount payable — no hidden extras.
Travel fees apply based on distance from our Romford base, as set out on our website, and will be confirmed with you before any booking is finalised.
Payment for design services is taken in advance through our secure online checkout. Payment for filming packages is due as agreed at the time of booking.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless there is a valid reason, at our sole discretion.
Valid reasons may include: we are unable to complete your order, work delivered is materially different from what was agreed, or a genuine error on our part.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with reasonable creative interpretation, or delays caused by the client (such as not providing a brief or reference material) do not qualify for a refund.
If you need to cancel a confirmed filming date, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged in full.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Design orders include a reasonable number of revisions to make sure you are happy with the result. Excessive revision requests beyond the agreed scope automatically incur an additional £50 fee, which will be invoiced and must be paid before further revisions are made.
Final deliverables are supplied digitally. For business cards and flyers, we provide print-ready design files only — we do not offer printing services.

Design files are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
For business card orders that include physical delivery arrangements, items will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and we are not liable for postal delays outside our control.
Filmed content turnaround times will be agreed with you at booking and depend on the package chosen.

Once paid in full, all rights to the delivered content and designs are fully transferred to you for use in your business.
Fortune Media nevertheless retains full legal ownership of all raw footage, project files, source designs and underlying work created during your project.
Fortune Media has the unconditional right to showcase any completed work in our portfolio, on our website and across our social media channels, at any time, permanently and without requiring your permission. By placing an order, you agree that this right cannot be revoked and you will not ask us to remove or withhold showcased work.
Where client premises, staff or products appear in showcased content, this is limited to promotional use in connection with the delivered project.

We take great care with every project, but our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for how third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp) display, restrict or remove your content.
